Fabtron is equipped to perform precision sheet metal processes on Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum in any of the material thicknesses that your job may require. We are equipped to meet your Shearing, Punching or Laser Cutting, Forming, Hardware Installation, Spot Weld, Mig or Tig Welding, Metal Finishing and Machining requirements. In addition we supply Sub-Assembly or Full Assembly, Plating, Powder Coat, Wet Paint, Silk Screening and Decal requirements to speed your internal processes.
To avoid the time and cost of special tooling, precision Laser Cutting is available. This capability can be used on mild steel, stainless steel or aluminum in the material thickness desired for your product. We can work from electronic data or blueprints to achieve a quick turn-around of your project.
After the flat pattern is developed we can shear, form, install hardware, weld, spot weld, metal finish, plate or finish in powder or paint, silkscreen and assemble the product within your time requirements.
Fabtron can also meet your machining requirements for precision parts, medical, military or production parts in the quantities and delivery schedule desired.
Our staff is experienced in Kan Ban delivery and able to work with your team to develop carts and or packaging in the quantities required by your process for economic on time deliveries. Service representatives are experienced in precision sheet metal manufacturing, precision machining, and World Class Manufacturing techniques and can work directly with your staff to achieve customer satisfaction.
We are a completely equipped precision sheet metal facility with CNC capabilities and can provide CNC machining, CNC punching, and CNC laser cutting.
